Born and raised in Baltimore, Maryland. He attended North County High School in Glen Burnie, Maryland where he won a Championship in 1994. Coach Brown attended Anne Arundel Community College and played college football at Wesley College. Coach Brown has over 15 years coaching football.

Marcus attended Ocean Lakes High School in Virginia Beach, Virginia. He was named first-team All-Tidewater as a quarterback by The Virginian Pilot and also was selected to the First-team All-Beach District. He was ranked as the 9th best prospect in the state of Virginia by The Roanoke Times. On April 27, 2013, he signed with the New York Giants as an undrafted free agent following the 2013 NFL Draft

Bruce Cummings has been coaching high school football for 10yrs and semi pro level for 7yrs. While coaching at Howard High School in Columbia, MD, the team obtain two county championships and two regional final championships. Defensively, Howard High School each year was in the top 3 in the 4A division. Last season he joined DeMatha High School in Hyattsville, MD as the LB coach.

Yaw Baidoo is in charge of strength and conditioning. His teaching responsibilities include strength and conditioning leadership at the undergraduate level, and advanced strength and conditioning application at the graduate level. He received his undergraduate degree in kinesiology from Mississippi State University, his graduate degree in human performance from University of Wisconsin - La Crosse, and is currently pursuing an education specialist and doctoral degree in higher education.
